1. Who we are
The website at pragmon.ai (the "site") is run by Pragmon AI Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17549923. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. "We", "us" and "our" mean Pragmon AI Ltd. You can reach us at contact@pragmon.ai.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you visit the site, read what we publish on it, or send us a form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
These terms do not cover the Pragmon AI platform, including Ask Pragmon AI. Clients' use of the platform is governed by the Pragmon AI Customer Terms at pragmon.ai/legal/customer-terms. Nothing on this site creates a subscription or a service agreement.
3. Other policies that apply
These policies form part of these terms:
- Privacy Policy: how we use personal data, and your rights.
- Cookie Policy: which cookies we set and how to change your choice.
- Acceptable Use Policy: what you may not do on the site.
- Website Disclaimer: the limits on relying on what we publish.
4. Who may use the site
The site is for business use by people aged 16 or over. It is not aimed at children.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes, such as learning about Pragmon AI, reading our content and contacting us. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not scrape the site beyond what our robots.txt allows, test its security outside the process in the Acceptable Use Policy, interfere with how it runs, or use our content to train AI models without our written permission, except as robots.txt and llms.txt allow.
6. Our content and brand
We or our licensors own the text, graphics, logos, charts, software and other material on the site. "Pragmon AI", our compass mark and our other brand assets are our trade marks.
You may read, print and share reasonable extracts for your own or your organisation's internal use, with credit and a link to the page. You may quote short passages in academic, press or analyst work with credit. You may not republish, sell or copy our content in bulk, or use our trade marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
7. AI-generated and third-party content
The site may show sample outputs made by AI systems and refer to third-party data, research and services. These are for illustration and information only. They are not financial, legal, investment, tax or other professional advice. The Website Disclaimer says more.
8. Forms you send us
When you send us a form, you confirm that what you give us is accurate and that you may share it. We use it as the Privacy Policy describes. We may choose not to reply.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement.
10. No promises about the site
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranty or promise that the site or its content is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses.
11. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Our total liability for all claims about the site is limited to 100 pounds.
12. Your liability to us
You will cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your breach of someone else's rights. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and cooperate reasonably in its defence.
13. Suspending access and changing the site
We may suspend or end your access to the site if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or the law, or put the site or its users at risk. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@pragmon.ai with "Copyright" in the subject line. Tell us what work you own, where the material is on the site (with its web address), how to reach you, and why you believe the use is not authorised. We will review the notice and remove or change the material where that is right.
15. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government action, power or network failures, or failures of our hosting and cloud providers.
16. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over our business; you may not transfer them without our written consent. These terms and the policies in section 3 are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17 continue to apply after your use of the site ends.
17. Law and courts
These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protection the law of your home country gives you, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where that law allows.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will flag material changes on the site for a reasonable period. Your use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Earlier versions are available on request.
