This policy explains how Pragmon AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on pragmon.ai. It forms part of our Privacy Policy. Pragmon AI Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17549923, at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to remember things between pages and visits. We set some ourselves (first-party). Others are set by services we load, such as Google Analytics or Calendly (third-party). Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and session storage, follow the same rules. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (and, for visitors in the EU, the ePrivacy Directive), we need your consent for anything that is not strictly necessary.
2. How we ask
Nothing that needs consent loads until you choose. The banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Choose as three buttons of equal weight. No option is switched on in advance, and the site works whether or not you accept.
- Google Consent Mode starts with every signal set to denied. The Google Analytics and Ahrefs scripts load only after you accept Analytics. Before that, nothing is sent to Google or Ahrefs.
- The Calendly calendar loads only after you accept Booking.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing.
- We ask again after six months, and whenever we add, remove or change a category.
- We record each choice so we can prove consent. The Privacy Policy describes the record; it holds no IP address, name or email. We keep it for 18 months. To have yours found or deleted, send the identifier stored in your cc_cookie to contact@pragmon.ai.

Google Analytics. Data goes to Google in Ireland and the United States. Google keeps the event data for 2 months, the setting in our account. You can also block it on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Ahrefs. Ahrefs collects the page address, referrer, browser type and a shortened IP address used only to find the country. No identifier links one visit to the next. Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. is in Singapore.
Calendly. Once you accept Booking, Calendly loads its calendar in a frame on our start page. Calendly and services it loads (including Cloudflare, Stripe and Google Analytics) set their own cookies, which we do not control and which can change. Calendly's own privacy notice explains them. If you do not accept, a plain link opens the calendar on Calendly's own site instead.
Cookieless measurement. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights count page views and measure page speed without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without identifiers that follow you across sites. They run for every visitor.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking, and we do not take part in advertising networks.
4. Changing your mind
Click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to switch any category on or off. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing. When you withdraw, we clear that category's cookies and nothing more is sent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we add a category, the banner will ask you again before it runs.
