Website terms of use
Effective · Last updated
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the pragmon.ai marketing website you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Pragmon AI; if you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation and "you" refers to that organisation.
Who we are
The site is operated by Pragmon AI. Postal address: 1111B S Governors Ave, Ste 39989, Dover, DE 19904, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Pragmon AI.
Scope
These terms govern your use of the Pragmon AI marketing website at pragmon.ai — the public site you are reading right now. They cover browsing the site, submitting contact or demo forms, and reading published content such as blog posts or product descriptions.
The Pragmon AI product platform (the authenticated application behind the login) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement delivered at the point of sale, together with the in-product terms shown at sign-up. If you are a product customer looking for the platform terms, request them from your account contact or at contact@pragmon.ai. Nothing on this page creates a subscription or service agreement for that product.
Related policies
Your use of the site is also governed by these documents, which are incorporated by reference:
- Privacy policy — how we process visitor personal data, consent management, international transfers, and your rights.
- Cookie policy — what cookies are set, consent categories, and how to withdraw consent.
- Acceptable use policy — behaviours that are not allowed on the site.
- Website disclaimer — no professional advice, third-party link disclaimer.
Eligibility
The site is intended for business use by individuals aged 16 or older. It is not directed at children. If we learn that a child under 16 has submitted personal information via the site, we will delete it — see the Children's data section of the Privacy policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you must have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Permitted use
You may access and use the site for lawful purposes such as evaluating Pragmon AI, reading our published content, and submitting inquiry forms. You may not:
- Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to access the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the site, except under a responsible disclosure flow at contact@pragmon.ai.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Use the content to train machine-learning or AI systems without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in our robots.txt and llms.txt files.
See the Acceptable use policy for the full list.
Content and intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, illustrations, data visualisations, software, and other material published on pragmon.ai are the property of Pragmon AI or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name "Pragmon AI," the Pragmon AI compass mark, and related brand assets are trademarks of Pragmon AI.
You may read, print, or share reasonable excerpts of our published content for non-commercial personal or internal business use, with appropriate attribution and a link to the source page. You may quote short passages in academic, journalistic, or analyst work with attribution. You may not republish, sell, or substantially copy our content, or use our trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement, without prior written permission.
AI-generated and third-party content
The site may include outputs generated by AI systems (sample briefings, product previews, visualisations) and references to third-party data, research, or services. Such content is provided for illustrative and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. See the Website disclaimer for the full treatment.
Form submissions
When you submit a contact, demo, careers, or similar form, you represent that: (a) the information you provide is accurate; (b) you are authorised to provide it; and (c) you are acting on your own behalf or with authority to act on behalf of the organisation you name. We use the information you submit as described in the Privacy policy. We may decline to respond to any submission at our discretion.
Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, supervisory authority pages referenced in the privacy policy, research citations, or partner pages). Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragmon AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the marketing site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you have paid us (if any) for access to the site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pragmon AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your unlawful or unauthorised use of the site; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right. We will give you prompt notice of any claim for which we seek indemnity and reasonable cooperation in the defence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, violated applicable law, or acted in a way that could harm the site or its users. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Suspension or termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
Copyright (DMCA) notices
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that satisfies 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to contact@pragmon.ai with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. The notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond in accordance with the DMCA safe-harbour procedures.
Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, pandemic, governmental action, power or network failures, or the failure of third-party cloud or infrastructure providers.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence, and nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in their local courts where the law requires.
Severability, assignment, entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our prior written consent. These terms, together with the policies linked under Related policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pragmon AI, regarding the marketing site, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Content and intellectual property, No warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Governing law and venue, and Severability, assignment, entire agreement — will survive any termination or expiration of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged more prominently (for example, by a banner on the site) for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Prior versions are available on request.
Contact
Questions about these terms or the site should be directed to contact@pragmon.ai. Postal address: Pragmon AI, 1111B S Governors Ave, Ste 39989, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
22. Acceptable use policy
22.1 Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Pragmon AI marketing website at pragmon.ai. It sits alongside and is incorporated into our Website Terms of Use — if you use the site, both documents apply. The rules below protect the availability, security, and integrity of the site for everyone.
The Pragmon AI product platform is governed by a separate acceptable use policy delivered with the Master Services Agreement at the point of sale. See Note on the Pragmon AI product platform below.
22.2 Prohibited uses
When using the marketing site, you must not:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in a way that violates applicable law.
- Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false information on any form.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any Pragmon AI employee, contractor, or other visitor.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes a third party's rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the site or its network, or attempt to overwhelm it (including denial-of-service activity).
- Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorised to access, or circumvent any authentication, rate limit, or access control.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or use the site to distribute them.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to harvest email addresses or contact details for such communications.
22.3 Automated access, scraping, and AI training
Automated access is permitted only within the bounds we publish:
- Our robots.txt declares which crawlers we allow and which paths are off-limits. You must honour it.
- Our llms.txt declares the content we make available for AI retrieval and citation. You may follow the patterns there.
- You may not operate scrapers, crawlers, or extractors that ignore those declarations, that evade rate limits, or that impersonate an allowed user-agent.
- You may not use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or AI models without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by robots.txt and llms.txt.
- You may not bulk-copy our published content to republish, syndicate, or re-host it outside the fair-use excerpt limits in our Terms of Use.
Good-faith citation with attribution (for example, an analyst quoting a paragraph of a blog post with a link back) is welcome and does not require permission.
22.4 Security research and responsible disclosure
We welcome good-faith security research. You may conduct non-invasive vulnerability testing against public endpoints of pragmon.ai provided that you:
- Do not exfiltrate, modify, or destroy data that does not belong to you.
- Do not degrade service for other users (no denial-of-service, no high-volume automated testing without coordination).
- Do not test the Pragmon AI product platform from the marketing site — the platform has its own authorised testing process in the MSA.
- Report findings privately to contact@pragmon.ai with the subject line "Security" and give us a reasonable period to remediate before public disclosure.
We will acknowledge valid reports within 2 business days and will not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith under this policy.
22.5 Content, trademark, and abuse
All material published on the site is protected by copyright and trademark law — see Content and intellectual property in the Terms of Use for the full treatment. You may not:
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary-rights notice on any content.
- Use the "Pragmon AI" name, the Pragmon AI compass mark, or any Pragmon AI brand asset in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.
- Use the site to conduct competitive intelligence by methods that breach this policy — published competitive research based on publicly available material is fine; circumventing rate limits, scraping beyond
robots.txt, or impersonating an allowed crawler is not.
To report abuse, content that infringes your rights (including DMCA notices), or a breach of this policy, email contact@pragmon.ai. See Copyright (DMCA) notices in the Terms of Use for the DMCA notice requirements.
22.6 Enforcement
We investigate suspected breaches of this policy and take action proportionate to the severity and context. Depending on the circumstances we may:
- Issue a warning and ask you to stop.
- Throttle, block, or permanently ban IP addresses, user-agents, or networks involved in abuse.
- Terminate access to the site and, where applicable, related services.
- Report the activity to law enforcement or to upstream providers (hosting, transit, email).
- Pursue civil remedies (including an injunction and damages) for serious breaches.
We are not obliged to warn before acting when a breach is serious, ongoing, or threatens the safety or availability of the site.
22.7 Note on the Pragmon AI product platform
Pragmon AI is the AI strategy team for mid-sized companies, delivered as an AI-assisted platform. This page does not govern the use of that platform. The platform has its own Acceptable Use Policy — including platform-specific provisions on high-risk AI use cases, EU AI Act compliance, input and output handling, and fair-use limits — delivered as part of the Master Services Agreement at the point of sale. If you are a product customer, refer to your MSA or request a copy at contact@pragmon.ai.
22.8 Contact
Questions or reports relating to this policy should be directed to contact@pragmon.ai. Postal address: Pragmon AI, 1111B S Governors Ave, Ste 39989, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
23. Website disclaimer
23.1 General disclaimer
The information provided by Pragmon AI ("we," "us," or "our") on pragmon.ai (the "Site") is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL WE HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
23.2 AI-generated content disclaimer
Pragmon AI builds an AI-assisted strategy team for mid-sized companies, and the Site may include sample outputs generated by AI systems — briefings, scenario walk-throughs, visualisations, or similar. Such outputs are illustrative and for informational purposes only. Because they are generated by language models, they may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or fabricated details ("hallucinations") even when the surrounding product appears confident.
AI-generated content on the Site is not professional advice, is not a substitute for expert judgement, and should not be relied on to make decisions that have legal, financial, medical, safety, or similarly significant consequences without independent human verification by a qualified professional.
If you spot an error in AI-generated content on the Site, we would appreciate you flagging it to contact@pragmon.ai.
23.3 Professional advice disclaimer
The Site does not contain financial, legal, investment, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Any information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who can evaluate your specific circumstances. Before taking any action based on information on the Site, we encourage you to consult the appropriate professional. THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
23.4 External links disclaimer
The Site may contain links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties, or links to websites and features in banners or other content. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES LINKED THROUGH THE SITE. WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
23.5 Forward-looking statements
The Site may include forward-looking statements about Pragmon AI, our product roadmap, or the markets we operate in. These statements reflect our current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ materially. We do not undertake any obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
23.6 Contact
Questions about this disclaimer should be directed to contact@pragmon.ai. See also our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
